Did The Cubs Win?
It’s not a lie. @javy23baez is a STUD. http://t.co/vtVt709MaS

Boom, baby.
OSS: Baez has 3 strikeouts, 3 hard hit balls, and his first major-league HR.
Three Up
1. Lost in Baezmania was the fact that Welington Castillo had a great game, maybe his best of the year. He hit a HR to bring the Cubs within 2 and walked twice (included a bases loaded walk). Great game for Welly. He also has a very underrated bat flip.
2. Javier Baez had 3 smoked balls, one going for the ultimate game-winner. He looked lost some times, and he swung out of his shoes on every swing, but that’s what we expected, isn’t it?
3. Castro had a Cespedes moment, misplaying a relay throw that baited Barnes into 3rd, where he got nailed. Besides that, Castro had a pair of hits and a walk.
Three Down
1. Men on first and third, one out. Pinch hit appearance for Nate Schierholtz. GIDP. Goodbye, Nate.
2. Hector Rondon blew the save in the 11th. He’s allowed to blow one now and again, but he hasn’t been as dominant as he was early on.
3. Justin Ruggiano went 1-6 with a K. It’s a night he’ll soon forget.
