I heard Jose Bautista is involved.
If the winner from last year gets to pick his competitors, I expect it’ll be Augie Ojeda, Juan Pierre, and the corpse of Candy Maldonado. Plus, whoever it was that won last year.
I’d like to see Tony Campana in a home run derby.
Only if the fences are a millimeter high as he can’t seem to get the ball off the ground.
Is ESPN/Berman doing the HR Derby? I’d be much more interested if Berman weren’t involved.
I’m afraid you might be out of luck.
Is ESPN/Berman doing the HR Derby? I’d be much more interested if Berman weren’t involved.
How interested would you be if John Grabow were doing all of the pitching and were really trying to retire batters?
It would be funny to see all of the towel waving players and overly dramatic reactions of the entire stadium while Grabow is giving it all he’s got to just keep it in the park.
I’d love to see Carlos Zambrano in a HR derby.
He’d tear an oblique after hitting 50 and the media would get on him for being stupid.

As long as he saves enough energy to pitch at a softball game and fly o guatemala to adopt a kid. He needs to do those type of things so there’s more ink to spill bitching about him
Would being in AAA mean their promotion to the ML club could come sooner than later? Only because it’s faster to Chicago from Iowa unless they are traveling of course…just seems unnecessary considering the talent level of AA.

Flaherty is hitting well though it seems.

Oh now it is working.
Let me try this again…

Berman: this one is a skyscraper, but may not have enough.

If they manage to trade one of their outfielders, I wouldn’t be surprised to see Jackson get called up, but that’s a big if.
