    I’m hoping the Devers drama this year sparks another chicken-and-beer style Boston media feeding frenzy, it’s been too long and they are due.

    What fascinates me is Devers rates as one of the worst defensive 3B in MLB, which he has to know. And since he already secured the bag, there’s no reason to be adamant about sticking at the position except pride.

    There’s really no roster spot for him, but I would not hate seeing the Cubs sign Anthony Rizzo for a bench role. But mostly I just hope he gets a job.
