Iowa
Off Day
Nobody did anything.
Szrzrzr drew a walk and stole a pair of bases, his plate discipline has really improved from last year. Torreyes had a pair of hits and non prospect Greg Rohan hit his 5 HR of the year. On the pitching side Tony Zych earned his 2nd save of the year.
The long awaited debut of the 7 million dollar man could not have gone much worse in the 1st inning. Top prospects like Francisco Lindor were just crushing everything Concepcion threw. He gave up 3 hits in a row got a pop out then gave up a HR. When it was all over he had allowed 5 ER in 1 IP and basically it was typical Cubs. To his credit he stayed in the game for 4 more scoreless innings and picked up a pair of strikeouts. Listening to the game it seems like he threw strikes for the most part and featured a fastball and curve. Yao Ling Wang continues to pitch out of the bullpen vs starting like he should and still has not allowed a run this year.

Probably the same tacos, but figured they’d just add Korean to it. No place in this country can even make Mexican tacos. I’ll bet everything I own they can’t make Korean Tacos. Is there even a thing?

Everybody likes The Beatles. And strawberries so let’s just make a bunch of shit and reference them.
No thanks.
That salad was revolutionary 100 years ago.
TGIF: Chipotle is taking some of our business so let’s make something up to get it back. Also, we can add some salt to our caramel cake because Chipotle specializes in sodium. If it goes well, we can put that shit in a burrito with any combination of the first 3 items here.

Bring back the QB Challenge/Skills Competition to replace the Pro Bowl. The NHL has a skills comp and it is pretty entertaining. This can be shown the Saturday before the Superbowl, so any non-superbowl contestant would be in it.
